Creator Program Terms

The program is invite-only. You apply by signing up and submitting your profile; Epocheye reviews every application and may accept or decline it at its discretion. At most 100 creators are in the program at a time. You must be a resident of India and at least 18. One creator account per person.

A one-time unlock of one monument in the Epocheye app, with 4 hours of access. It is not a subscription. The program currently covers: Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace (Bengaluru).

Your code gives the customer 10% off. Epocheye sets this discount; you cannot change it.

Each monument has one creator at a time. When a monument is assigned to you, it is yours for 14 days, and your code works only at that monument during that window. Outside your window, or at any other monument, your code does not work.

At the end of your window, if your sales at that monument met the sales target shown in your dashboard, the monument stays yours for another 14 days. If not, it passes to the next approved creator in line and you rejoin the line. Epocheye sets the target and may assign or end a window early in special cases, such as a monument closing or a breach of section 8.

You share your code and your Epocheye QR. Scanning the QR opens the Epocheye app in the Play Store or App Store; each scan counts as a click. Clicks are for your information and do not earn commission.

A sale qualifies when a customer uses your code at checkout in the Epocheye app, for your monument during your window, and the payment is captured. Only qualifying sales earn commission.

A sale does not qualify if it is refunded or charged back, if you or someone acting for you is the buyer, or if it breaks section 8.

Commission is a percentage of the full price of each unlock, before the customer discount, so the discount never reduces your earnings. Your rate for each sale depends on how many qualifying sales you have made before it:

• Sales 1 to 24: 5%
• Sales 25 to 99: 10%
• Sales 100 to 249: 15%
• Sales 250 to 499: 20%
• Sale 500 onward: 25%

Moving up a tier raises the rate on later sales only. It does not change what earlier sales earned.

Each sale is held for 7 days so refunds can clear, then becomes payable. Once your payable balance reaches $5, you can request a payout from your dashboard. Amounts are shown in US dollars, converted at the day's exchange rate, and paid in Indian rupees. For payment details, contact support@epocheye.app.

If a sale is refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed. If it was already paid out, we deduct it from your next payouts.

• Buying through your own code, or having others buy for you to earn commission.
• Creating or using multiple or fake accounts, in the app or in this program.
• Bidding on Epocheye brand terms in paid search, or posting your code on coupon sites.
• Misleading claims about Epocheye, its prices, or where it works.

If we find any of these, we may withhold or reverse the affected commission and close your account. You must also follow advertising disclosure rules and mark sponsored or paid posts as such.

We may change the commission rates, the discount, the list price, the list of monuments, the window length, or the sales target. We will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before a change takes effect. Sales made before the change keep the terms they were made under.

You can leave at any time. We can end your participation with notice, or immediately for a breach of section 8. When participation ends, payable commission from qualifying sales is still paid, except commission withheld under section 8.
